AAMP convention set for July in Omaha, Neb.
The American Association of Meat Processors will host its annual convention for small and very small meat, poultry and food processors July 16-18 at the Hilton Omaha and the Qwest Center in Omaha, Neb.

The event will offer educational programs, a suppliers\' exhibition with more than 100 companies, the American Cured Meat Championships, hands-on meat demonstrations, meat fabrications and business networking and social opportunities.
