Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless damaged upon arrival. General or not personalized products returned may be assessed a 15% restocking fee. The product must be returned to Nebraska Cattlemen within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. All returned products must be packed in the original packaging.
